About Frank Tusieseina

Throughout 1983-1985, Frank grew his leadership skills by pursuing service opportunities with LDS Mission in the Philippines. He learned many valuable skills that he directly applied to his studies and post-graduate position as a property manager for a condominium complex.

Frank Tusieseina branched into the music and entertainment industry in 1990, becoming the executive manager for Vision Records. In his management of this record label, he was able to oversee all aspects of the business, manage multi-city tours and positively influence the Christian music industry. His position here prepared him to later transition into an international role, working for Japan Victor Company in their production and marketing of their Karaoke equipment. Frank is responsible for transforming the JVC Karaoke software from its last-place ranking to number one in the industry.

Despite incredible advancements in this niche, Frank decided to take his entrepreneurship to the next level and establish a sports agency. Given his lifelong involvement in varying sports and management positions, Frank Tusieseina set out to represent professional and upcoming athletes in their careers. Through his company, he and his team had the chance to represent and stand beside Eric Fonoimoana, a professional beach volleyball player who won the gold medal for the U.S. at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

Through this same company, Frank produced several concerts and multi-media events. He acted as a co-producer of the Who’s Got Game Challenge that was televised on NBC, featuring NBA stars on location in Maui.

Alongside this successful business, Frank established a nonprofit organization, Dig for Kids, that is still in existence today. This charity assists youth in acquiring scholarships through volleyball. Inspired by this impact on the youth, Frank Tusieseina later founded Fast-Twitch Athletic Training Center, an athletic training facility aimed towards developing student and pro athletes. Given his previous experience in business and athletic representation, Frank was able to use his industry contacts to develop a team of highly-credentialed professional trainers to coach these promising athletes. He oversaw all aspects of the business, with gross sales reaching $1 million.

Since 2010, Frank has been the founder and CEO of Eastward Management Group, an endeavor that combines his skills in marketing, business development, sports and events production and even real estate. This firm specializes in sports marketing and events, producing everything from conferences to product launches to concerts and more. Already having gained an impressive number of accomplishments throughout this business, Frank Tusieseina and his team are now in the works of developing an 800-acre sports and adventure resort that will act as a world-class sports destination.
